Provides a range of healthcare and support services for individuals who are HIV positive. Medical Care More information: - Includes testing, case management, counseling, medication monitoring, and referrals - Offers primary medical care, gynecological care, and dental care by appointment - Financial assistance may be available for HIV medication, transportation, and food - Conducts community outreach for prevention on-site and at health fairs
